the place was clean, well furnished, and just a short 5-minute walk to the center. Snowbird By Elevate Vacations provided exceptional service throughout our stay, and the free parking that came with the apartments was a great bonus. the staff were always helpful and attentive. the beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and the kitchen was functional.
We also enjoyed the convenience of a clean hot tub close to our unit. Cons: Nothing to fault!

The apartment itself was huge and clean located close to the mountain and a quiet area. Satisfied with loads of storage available. Liked views over the mountains.

The location was exceptionally nice and excellent, just next door to the hill. It was a quiet area, surrounded by nature and yet very close to the Village and Lost Lake. It was located in the mountains. We had a superb experience at Snowbird By Elevate Vacations. The property's location was outstanding, being situated near the hill and surrounded by nature, providing a tranquil and convenient setting close to both the Village and Lost Lake. , being nestled in the mountains added to the allure of the location.

Liked having Handlebar Cafe and Apres within 10 minutes walk away. A shower, hairdryers and bath sheets in the bathroom were a bonus. Our experience here was excellent, would stay here again.

The location was good, it was a short bike ride to Lost Lake and the village.
There were 3 long flights of stairs to get to the main living area, the beds were terrible, the kitchen and washroom are in serious need of renovation. This wreaked of being a party place that crashed 30 teenagers at a time. Not a nice family place to stay. Large party beside us one night. SUV's don't fit in the underground parkade and no parking on the street. Would not recommend this hotel. Overpriced and old

The free parking that came with the apartments was good and the staff were very helpful at all times. The price was fantastic (which is down to Booked.net really) and good value for one night stay in Whistler.
The main office is in the centre of Whistler Village and it was inconvenient for certain aspects such as checking out, as we were a big group and one car would have to drive to return keys or collect parking permits etc. Also the Aspens (as we were relocated at last minute due to an apparent problem the staff found with the room during cleaning) was more like an apartment complex than a hotel. There was a lot of loud noise from screaming children at the poolside but then it was a Saturday night so I guess it could be tolerated. As a group of 10 friends we had booked a 4 bedroom apartment so we could all be together and dine etc. But we were actually given two smaller 2 bed apartments instead, and although this was supposedly an upgrade this changed the atmosphere of the whole trip as our group was split and as a result the kitchen, lounge and dining areas were too small for a group of 10 to enjoy comfortably together.

Its location was great, 2 km from Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre. In fact, it was close enough to the centre of Whistler Village, the slopes and a quiet area, surrounded by nature and yet very close to the Village.

Spacious unit and well-equipped kitchen. Great value for the price we paid. Only a 15-minute walk to Lost Lake, perfect for summer stays.
We had to search for the reception for 15 minutes, only to discover that we had passed it without realizing. The check-in process was stressful, with nobody at the lobby and it took us 30 minutes to reach someone.

The property was clean and spacious, allowing plenty of room for our snowboard gear. the location was also great, being close to the village and having a bus stop right in front for easy transportation.
The check-in process was a nightmare. We were not informed that we had to go to a separate office to pick up the keys, and spent way too much time searching for reception.
